AMENDMENTS & ADJUSTMENTS:
Penalty Fee Adjustment (November 1999)
Pursuant to the monthly board meeting held on November 15, 1999, the board unanimously voted to impose an additional $10 penalty if dues are received after February 1, but before March 3 ($25.00 total for first late fee).
Lien Filing Fee Fine:
The fine for placement and removal of a property lien to $125.00 per occurrence.
Meeting Minutes
Hillcrest Farm Board Meetings are scheduled on the 2nd Monday of every month, held virtually at this time. The board does not meet in December.
