Dues
Annual HOA dues for Hillcrest Farm residents are $500.00 and must be paid by January 2 each year.

Parks
The neighborhood contains two parks: Shelter Park located between Brownridge St & Marion St and Triangle Park located south of 47th Ter between Noble St and Millridge St.
Schools
Hillcrest Farm is within the De Soto USD #232 School district. The neighborhood schools are Riverview Elementary, Mill Creek Middle School and Mill Valley High School.
Recycling & Trash
Trash and recyclables are picked up on Wednesday mornings. Trash should be at curbside by 6:00 a.m. Trash services are provided by KC Disposal and fees are paid via HOA dues.
Architectural Request Form
To maintain aesthetics of our neighborhood, residents must request approval to make any architectural or outdoor changes to property. Request must be submitted by resident and approved by the Board.

Spring
Resident volunteers host an annual Hillcrest Farm Easter Egg Hunt!

It's also time for spring cleaning. Hillcrest Farm hosts two garage sale weekends each year, the first is in early June . The Hillcrest Farm 2026 Spring Garage Sale Weekend will be June 5th-7th. We are looking to move this to a weekend in April starting in 2027.​​
Summer
Each year, we come together to parade around the neighborhood celebrating our nation's independence! Join us for the celebration on Saturday July 4th, 2026 at 10:00am. There will be a free ice cream for all those attending. Click here to see the flyer.

Fall
The second neighborhood garage sale weekend is held at the beginning of fall. Check back for the confirmed date.
