The Hillcrest Farm Homes Association is a not-for-profit organization that has 390 homes within its boundaries.  Each homeowner has one vote in all matters requiring a vote of the members.  

 

The HOA is run by volunteers and managed by Centennial Management Company. There are five voting members of the board: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Member-at-Large.

Board meetings are scheduled for the second Monday of every month. Meetings begin at 6:30 PM, held virtually at this time.  If you wish to attend a meeting, please email trevor@cmckc.com prior to the meeting for access. An annual meeting of the members is held on the last Monday in February and the Board does not meet in December.
