The Hillcrest Farm Homes Association is a nonprofit organization encompassing 390 homes. Each homeowner is entitled to one vote on matters requiring member approval. The HOA operates with the help of volunteers and is managed by Centennial Management Company. The board consists of five voting: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Member-at-Large.

 

Board meetings occur on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 PM, currently held virtually. If you wish to attend, please email jackie@cmckc.com beforehand for access. An annual meeting takes place on the last Monday of February, and the Board does not convene in December.
