At Hillcrest Farm, we are not only neighbors, but also friends. Below are events from years past, but are subject to change yearly. Please make sure to keep in touch via Facebook and/or Nextdoor! If you have new event ideas or would like to volunteer at existing events, please contact us.

Resident volunteers host an annual Hillcrest Farm Easter Egg Hunt!
It's also time for spring cleaning. Hillcrest Farm hosts two garage sale weekends each year, the first is in early June . If you're not available to host your garage sale during the specified weekend, please contact us to request permission to hold your sale on another weekend (per bylaws). The Hillcrest Farm 2022 Spring Garage Sale Weekend will be June 3-4.
Please be mindful of the bylaws when considering any updates, improvements or changes to the exterior or your home. Please complete the Architectural Request Form prior to purchasing or beginning any exterior or outdoor projects.
Each year, we come together to parade around the neighborhood celebrating our nation's independence! Join us for a July 4th celebration, detail to be announced.

As the leaves begin to turn, it's time to gather for the neighborhood fall fest. Games, crafts, and food make up this fun-filled event.
