Annual HOA dues for Hillcrest Farm are $500 and must be paid by January 2 each year.  You can now save a stamp and pay online! Here's how:

HOA dues are used to pay for trash and recycling services within our neighborhood, which means that you do not need to arrange your own trash or recycling service.  Presently, the HOA is under contract with KC Disposal to pick up trash and recyclables from residents. Yard waste collection is also included in your annual assessment. Your dues are also used to maintain the common areas within the subdivision, like the parks and other such areas. The board hires and supervises a lawn care company to mow and maintain the common area.  You dues are also used to support improvement projects within the neighborhood, like new play equipment and other structures within the common area.

LATE PAYMENTS

For payments more than 30 days late, a fee of $25.00 is imposed.  For payments more than 60 days late, an additional $25.00 late fee is imposed. If payment is more than 90 days late the by-laws authorize the HOA to impose a lien upon the property of the delinquent homeowner at an additional fine of $125.00.   In addition, trash service may be discontinued for those who have yet to pay their dues.
